Our latest project is a stunning contemporary design that represents a fusion of robust engineering and sustainable practices. The structure features an in-situ reinforced concrete core, paired with a steel cantilever solution for its striking projecting elements. These are infilled with insulated timber frames and SIP panels, enhancing both energy efficiency and structural integrity. The project is currently under review as contractors tender for construction.  The building features an in-situ reinforced concrete core that serves as the primary structural element, providing stability and lateral load resistance. The core houses essential services, optimising space and functionality.  The projecting elements are constructed using a steel cantilever system, which provides significant overhangs without the need for additional supports below. This enhances the building's aesthetic appeal and allows for outdoor spaces.

These cantilevered areas are infilled with insulated timber frame and Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), ensuring good thermal performance and contributing to the building's sustainability.
