This project entailed an extensive refurbishment of an existing residential property, meticulously transforming it to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Significant structural modifications were executed, showcasing our commitment to excellence. Key components included the construction of a new rear extension, which seamlessly integrated additional space into the existing layout and provided enhanced living areas. Internal structural modifications involved carefully removing load-bearing walls to create open, flowing spaces. This allowed for the implementation of double-height ceilings and large-span openings, fostering an airy and spacious environment. A highlight of the project was the design and construction of a bespoke curved staircase, which required detailed planning and precise execution from a structural engineering perspective to ensure both safety and elegance.
