The structural design for this modern building utilises a reinforced concrete frame with solid flat slabs and rectangular columns. This innovative design approach required meticulous detailing to minimise all reinforced elements, ensuring they fit within specified dimensions.
Externally, the building features insulated blockwork and render, while the foundations are a robust, reinforced concrete raft. The retaining walls integrate monolithically, forming a stiff box construction, enhancing overall stability. Our commitment to sustainability led to the incorporation of a heat source pump system and the use of eco-friendly materials wherever possible. The structure also includes extensive glass balustrades and glass box bay projections, adding a contemporary and elegant touch to the design.
