hurlingham road

The basement renovation at Hurlingham Road involved underpinning to create a new, stable basement under the house, enhancing structural integrity and space. Lightwells with glass covers were added for natural light and ventilation, while metal grating ensured safety and drainage. An inverted raft system was used for the basement slab to distribute weight and resist pressures. Internal steel frames provided lateral stability, supporting adjoining buildings and preventing structural issues. This project improved functionality and adhered to high engineering standards
