This ambitious project showcases the complete renovation of a classic 1970's 3-bedroom cavity wall house, combined with a small detached garage at the front. With a bold planning consent, we have created a unique contemporary home using sustainable materials. The front and rear extensions, seamlessly linked by glass corridors, redefine the space. All internal walls of the original structure were removed to create a spacious, open-plan living area. The single-storey rear extension introduces a stunning courtyard effect, bringing natural light and a sense of openness. The front extension integrates the original garage, completing the transformation into a modern, eco-friendly residence.
